Our robotic 5-axis HSC (High Speed Machining Centre) enables complex shapes to be machined in medium and large runs (to 1/100mm), the preparation of drafts and the reception of the machined parts.
Thanks to these adapted workshops, MEGA-P is able to offer round-the-clock services in total autonomy.

Production of saxophone mouthpieces
The production of saxophone mouthpieces in ebonite requires an extraordinary precision. The nature and accuracy of the sound they produce is extremely sensitive to the precision of the inner cavity. Before any new series begins, a fine-tuning is carried out with the validation by a musician’s ear, without which no production can be launched.
Production of small aluminium parts (aero)
This process is interesting for large runs with a very high recurrence. The changeover is also very fast if the appropriate interfaces between the machine and the robot are provided.
